Event managers needed to manage their events from their phones and tablets—not just scan tickets, but access attendee lists, view reports, and export data from anywhere. Whether at the venue entrance, backstage, or managing multiple events at once, they wanted full control without being tied to a computer. The goal was to create easy-to-use mobile apps for both iPhone and Android that give managers complete event oversight on the go.
