Tickets M Pvt Ltd needed a simple yet powerful platform to manage everything from creating events to selling tickets and checking people in at the venue. Existing solutions were either too basic for larger events or too expensive for smaller organizers. The goal was to build a system that works perfectly whether you're hosting a small concert or a massive festival—making it easy to accept payments, manage seats, offer discounts, and provide a smooth experience for both organizers and attendees.

We built a comprehensive ticketing platform that handles every aspect of event management:
Flexible Payment Options
Accept payments from anywhere in the world with support for international cards (Mastercard, Stripe, PayHere), and BNPL methods (KOKO). Each event can choose which payment methods to accept, with all transactions processed securely and commissions calculated automatically.
Smart Seat Management
Choose between reserved seating (like A1, A2, B1) or general admission tickets, with live tracking of available seats. If someone starts booking but doesn't complete payment within 10 minutes, the seats are automatically released back for others to purchase—preventing lost sales.
Flexible Discount Codes
Create promotional codes for your entire event or specific ticket types. Set percentage or flat discounts, control when they're valid, limit how many times they can be used, and even require minimum purchases. Perfect for early bird offers, VIP deals, and marketing campaigns.
Digital Tickets with QR Codes
Customers receive beautiful PDF tickets instantly via email and SMS, each with a unique QR code for quick scanning at the venue. When buying multiple tickets, each person gets their own individual ticket, making entry fast and organized.
Team Access & Permissions
Assign different access levels to your team: Admins manage everything, Managers create events and view reports, Coordinators scan tickets at venues, and regular Users purchase tickets. Everyone sees only what they need, keeping your event data secure.
Fast Venue Entry
Scan QR codes at the venue entrance for instant ticket verification. The system prevents double-entry and shows live attendance numbers. Multiple entry points stay synchronized, so your entire team knows who's inside at any moment.
